<p>Inside a workspace, work is organized into <strong>topics</strong>. Each topic holds a conversation and the documents that belong to it — a contract review, a hiring plan, a renovation project. Open the topic and everything is there. Nothing gets lost across tools, and nothing has to be re-explained.</p>

<p>Every workspace has a managed library of shared documents — the policies, contracts, and plans everyone works from. Admins keep it current, so the whole group is always working from the same source, not last month’s attachment.</p>
